Sure, This hotel had clean beds and fresh towels, but the t.v was difficult to switch through, and the bed smelled.
However that was only half the battle. The staff people were very rude, and the cop there had nothing better to do than yell rudely to a few giggle girls saying "if I hear another peep, you're out of here!!" Good to see our tax dollars are being put to good use. Sounds to me like he has little mans syndrome (where your head is too close to your butt-whole)
Oh, and If you plan on bringing your kids for a family stay, forget about it. They have a strict "no laughing policy"

I only stayed here for one night but it was great! The location of the hotel is very convenient to 295/BW Pkwy and right across the street from Arundel Mills Mall. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater nearby. Also BWI airport is a short ride away. I stayed in a king room with one of the most comfortable beds that I have slept in a hotel for a while. I usually stay at my first love, the Hyatt, but this hotels location was more convenient for me. Upon entering the room I noticed the wonderful scents that were in the room, maybe air fresheners or cleaning supplies, but it smelled great. It was a very nice size and also had a sleeper sofa, writing desk, 32" flat screen tv, and an ample sized bathroom. I will definitely give Hampton Inn & Suites another try when I travel. Also there was a free breakfast and free parking so you can walk right over to the mall. It's definitely worth the price and I want that bed!

Check in was almost perfect, not greeted as a HHonors member, but everything else was great. Staff was friendly.

Room was almost perfect, shower was backed up during my two day stay, didn't find time to ask them to fix. Everything else was great, size comfort and clean.

Location is good for area, but in the mall parking lot, so slightly annoying upon return as mall is busy, but overall it is convenient to highways to both Baltimore and DC.

Would recommend and stay here again.

This hotel was right across from Arundel Mills - a little hard to get to with all the mall traffic but it was a great hotel. It was your standard Hampton Inn -- our room was a good size and the breakfast was fine. There were a bunch of kids staying at the hotel for some sporting tournament. Unfortunately the girls staying above our room were making all sorts of racket. We complained to the front desk and they had security take care of the problem right away. They comped us for that night due to the inconvenience - that was a really nice gesture. The friendly staff was the best part of our stay!
