Nice Hotel. Plenty of parking. I was on the Pool/Atrium side, so it was not so quiet, but that's what ear plugs are for. I wasn't disturbed by the noise as it was not very loud. Just a lot of kids having fun at the pool.
Otherwise, nice stay.

We stayed at the hotel for the 2nd time. Unfortunately the beginning of our stay was not very friendly as the front desk person (male) was not really interested in working or being friendly that day. The front desk is the face of the hotel-and the person working should be upbeat and friendly to convey appreciation of the guests. We had booked and had confirmation of a room with a King bed. Upon arrival we were placed in a room with 2 beds. The front desk person did change it. It is also important to note that a safe fee is automatically included witht the room. It can be removed if you are not using the safe.
Our room was fine. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. One of our towels was dirty...but we know that can happen and we just didn't use it. Coffee maker and refrigerator were in the room, and the room was very spacious. The Wifi worked very well.
We had dinner at the adjoining Barefoot Bernies. We have been here 3 times, and it was actually the reason we decided to stay at this hotel last year for the first time. I did write a review of the restaurant-which we absolutely love!!
Breakfast in the morning was a little different this year. We were given coupons that they have signs all over the place that they will be collected. We brought ours to breakfast, but noone asked for them. Breakfast was the usual fare-waffles were good. There was not any fresh fruit-but they did have a fruit cocktail type offering.
Overally, we may have given this a 5 star had the front desk check-in person been friendly and welcoming. We were excited to be there, and it quickly took the wind out of our sail. On the contrary, when we checked out in the morning the girl was very nice and friendly. If you have any questions we would be glad to answer them.

We only paid $75.00 a night, and that was worth it. The atrium is pretty, the pool was warm and relaxing, there was a breakfast(no fresh fruit, no eggs, no meat, just carbs and fats), Two double beds in one small room. Bathroom door does not lock. Bathroom heater doesn't work. But, room is really pretty and very clean. The bed and bedding were wonderful. The towels were nice. This is an old hotel that has been renovated. Our room looked exactly like the picture of the room on this website. It was fine. The TV was about 10 years old. We actually use to have the same model of the TV in our hotel room in our own home until we updated to a flat screen two years ago. Expect a dinosaur tv, but it did work. My kids, 7 and 11, LOVED this hotel and our one night stay here. They went in the pool 3 times! There are 20 sky lights above the pool. Oh, tip on the pool....do not wear any silver jewelry or any jewelry with plating into that pool. The process they use to keep the pool safe is very corosive. All your silver will turn dark. Even the pool tiles around the inside of the pool look like they have lost some of their glaze below the water line. But the nice thing is with this system the atrium does NOT smell(like clorine). The atrium is pleasant to hang out in. As it gets dark, more and more of the hotel's lights come on in the atrium and the pool takes on a new look. Oh, over 50% of the plants in the atrium are fakes, but it looks like they are trying to establish more real plants. The fake silk bird of paradise that they have are randomly put into the landscaping one at a time. This really bothered me because bird of paradise ALWAYS grow in clump. They need to be repositioned into clumps. The fake anthierums are fine, as well as the fake palm trees and fake gardenias. The hotel had the path to the Koi blocked off the entire time we were there, and the pool cleaning machine was sitting out the entire time we were there. But basically, the hotel is very nicely maintained. The main thing is it was clean. Also, the wireless internet worked very well and was fast.

A nice hotel with a lot of amenities and a great price. The rooms were clean and quite large, also very quiet. The staff was helpful with recommending restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed having a nightcap out by the pool. They have a lovely atrium where breakfast is also served.
