This is, quite simply, the filthiest hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. I've also never experienced such a horrid lack of customer service. When we first entered the room, it smelled of dirty feet and mildew. The mildew smell in the bathroom remained throughout our stay. Upon check-in we were informed that there is only maid service for guests who stay 7 days or more. We were staying only 5. Ironic, as if there were ever a hotel that needed a thorough DAILY scrubbing, it's this one. Oh, also the maids have the holidays off, so if you're staying over a three day holiday weekend, don't expect your room to be cleaned either. Essentially, these people don't want to clean your room..lol. If you would like clean towels, you'll have to get them at the office, where you'll also be asked to drop your dirty ones off. Wow! Is there anything else we could do for you? If I were only paying, say, $35 a night, I would have expected this kind of nightmare. For $100, it's completely unacceptable. Too bad! My sister lives in the area and I will be visiting her regularly. They could have had a regular visitor.

I stayed in this hotel in March 2009 for more then 15 days with my wife. I knew this hotel since I stayed in the same hotel for more then 3 months in past during many of my stays in Germantown.

The property is OK kind of, with staff not very helpful. You would find only one person on the reception and would have to wait for 10-15 mins before she clears queue ahead of you, which is really annoying.

The carpet in the gangway always smells of smoke. Room service is done once in a week which makes it difficult if you are moving with family. Staff is not friendly at all. They even won't allow you to stay 30 minutes after 12 noon and attribute this to recession and other crap. I had to made my wife seat in the lobby for about an hour since we called for a cab at 1 PM.

Sometimes you would feel dirty smell even in the room. There is no help after 11 in the night, so if you forgot your keys after 11 in the night, you will have to go through annoying phone line and wait for some real 1-2 hour before someone can come and open the door for you. Once I saw a heavily drunked perosn in the laundry room who took full 15 minutes to come to 2nd floor and open room after 11 in the night. It was real annoying.

Money wise, this is cheapest accomodation you can get in the town.

We reserved a room online approx. 2 weeks ahead, confirmed our reservation the night before. We were told by a girl that worked at this hotel that we were NOT given a ground-level room, as we requested and she even gave us our room number. When we arrived, we called to tell them we were in the area and that we would be there around dinner time to check-in and we were assured our room was reserved for US. When we got there to check-in, our room was given away to someone else, and were were given a ground-level room! PLUS, the bed looked dirty and the windows were NOT locked. You can't trust a word they say to you on the phone.....go somewhere else.

After driving for 14 hours with a school Odyssey of the Mind team we arrived to find they had given our rooms away to people who had wanted to EXTEND their stay. Needless to say that was more than problematic. They tried to send us to their sister property and we spent 2 hours with no bathroom for the kids, no place to sit down and standing in the lobby waiting for a room. We made our reservations almost a month ahead of time(short a month by 2 days.) Secured our block of rooms with credit cards, and called the day before we left to make sure everything was in order. Told by the manager, Alyssia, it was and they " anticipated our arrival". Our whole trip was crippled due to the fact that the team and families were seperated and staying at various locations. Beware of their unwritten policies regarding YOUR reservation!
