We have stayed here many times in the past while attending a youth sporting event. We made our reservation several months in advance and especially reserved one of the two-room suite style rooms. We have stayed in those in the past and though they are more expensive, they work best for our family.
Upon check-in, we were informed the person in our particular room would not check out so they offered us a regular king room. We were very disappointed and squeezed into the much smaller room. After complaining, they took a little off the room rate.
It seems like this hotel has gone down in service and conditions. There were stink bugs in the room and the shower door was broken off the sliding hinges, we didn't complain, we just won't go back next year.
There are too many other, better choices in the area. So what about Hilton points!
