We stayed for two nights. In the morning after the first night we realized that there had been water dripping in the bathroom and the floor was flooded. We asked the manager to be moved to another room. He agreed. We changed all our personal belongings to the new room except for three items that we forgot in the old room by mistake.
In the second night, when we got to the hotel after visiting the town, we couldn't see the items anywhere. We asked the receptionist for our belongings in case the cleaner had found and given them to him. He looked for them in different places, even in the previous room, but they weren't found. The receptionist told us to inform the manager in the next morning. We did so.
The manager asked the cleaner by phone, since it was her day off, but she denied that she had found anything. Finally, we informed the police, who is investigating the case. After this terrible experience, We wouldn't recommend anybody to stay at that hotel.
