This motel was OK for one night, although it looks nothing like the photo on the Crisfield website. It's been painted bright yellow, with either pink or red trim. The room was clean and spacious enough, with a little balcony overlooking the harbor. And there's no ice machine; you have to pay for bags of ice. There is an outdoor pool and it was still open when we were there on Sept. 18. The front desk clerk said the filter had been turned off a couple of days before but it was still clean. It was too cold to use it, though. Also, be aware that this motel is on the other side of the harbor and is not walking distance to anything downtown, although Crisfield looks walkable in photos. The Pines Motel is pretty far from downtown, too. The Captain Tyler Motel is right on Main Street and would be the best bet for something right downtown, although we've never stayed there.
