I booked a room here based on the other reviews but was quite disappointed. The pubic hair on the toilet in our room when we checked in was a harbinger of things to come. The caulking on the toilet base was half gone, so the thing rocked every time we sat on it. Although the room was nonsmoking, it was next to a smoking room, and the smoke came through the walls and made our room stink by the end of the day (and so our clothes ended up stinking too). We also found a live roach in the kitchen. After purchasing wireless internet, we couldn't get a signal in the room (they did give us a refund, though). Another annoyance was the $25/day "cleaning fee" we had to pay for our dog. Not only is it higher than at most places, but given the room's original lack of cleanliness, it was a real rip-off. The only real "plus" to Studio Plus was that the employees seemed fairly friendly and helpful. I didn't expect anything great for the price, but many of these problems were inexcusable.
