I would recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price we could not beat it. We really enjoyed our stay.

I have traveledworldwide and this by far is the dirtiest, nastiest hotel I've ever been in! The room was filthy and I had to extensively clean it before my family arrived. The couch was stained and appeared as though it hadn't ever been cleaned. The oven was filthy and smoked up the entire room everytime it was used. The amenities are minimal. The linens are worn, dishs, and the minimal dish detergent, soap and shampoo are not enough for a single person. The management is extremely poor. For the entire hotel, they employ like two maids and one gentleman to take out trash (which, incidently, sits for hours in the hallway while they're purportedly cleaning) This place is the PITS! DON'T STAY HERE!

My friends and I booked a room last minute for the inauguration (we were very lucky). As soon as we arrived we were helped by a extremely nice lady in the office, she gave us info on places around to eat and things to do. The room was very clean and well kept and fresh smelling. for the last minute booking and the price we got a big steal! plus it was'nt that far from the train station maybe like a 30 minute drive or less.

After a very disheartening situation with the counter woman at the Holiday Inn in Jessup on route 1, I decided to try the Studio Plus Hotel as I am a frequent guest at Extended Stay properties around the country. When I first arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by some of the kindest and most hopefull staff members. The person who checked me in was the Manager Veronica. She was very helpful and cheerful and very patient with a problem I had with my credit card. The other counter people were also very friendly and well trained. Another nice touch was that I was greeted warmly by name every time I came and went. The room was a bit dated and need of remodeling, however it was spotlessly clean and tidy. This is something I dont always find in budget hotels. I did have one issue with the volume on the television (which does not have a large channel selection) however the Manager herself actually came after hours herself to fix this for me. I stayed here for 4 nights and would highly recomend it to anyone. It was much less a hotel stay--I felt like I was home.
