“The most disgusting hotel ever”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 November 2011

We came down to Md for a gymnastics meet and I had my coaches stay there. They called me because their were very shady, working ladies in the lobby adn roaches in the rooms. They promptly checked out and stayed at marriott courtyard. I then had an impossible time getting my money back from them. I WOULD NEVER STAY THERE OR AT ANOTHER RAMADA INN AGAIN.

“Good value for basic amenities”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 12 September 2011

If you're looking for a 4-star hotel, this is not the place for you. If you just need a clean place to sleep, this is a great place. The beds were comfortable, decent wifi, and some pretty good Ramada amenities (Sugared citrus soap and massaging shower head). I also liked the fact that there's a multi-cup coffee pot rather than the single serve. I've never had just one cup of coffee.

It's in a decent area with plenty of on-site parking, and is right next door to a Chik-Fil-A. The area can be a bit dodgy at night if you're from suburbia.

“Body found in room, dead for 2 weeks”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 26 August 2011

Checked in and the lobby smelt like death literally. A couple days later I saw the crime scene people cleaning the room directly above the lobby on the left side of the hotel. Come to find out the lady had paid for a couple weeks in advance and put up a do not disturb sign. As the days went on the lobby began to smell worse and worse but no one knew why. Finally a housekeeping person checked in on that room and found the source of the smell. A dead rotten corpse. Nice hotel other than that. Beds comfortable, and close to the freeway. Just would strongly recommend not staying in the room upstairs on the left of the main building.

“Did not honor our reservation”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 21 August 2011

We made a reservation through Kayak with this Ramada. The reservation stated on it, 4 adults, 2 beds, and the total price. We arrived at the hotel before the room was ready, at noon. We checked in and everything seemed fine. When we came back around midnight to get our room key, the front desk worker told us we owed another $25 because we had 4 people. Our reservation clearly stated the reservation was for 4 people as well saying "This amount includes room rate, tax recovery charges and extra person charges, if any." He refused to give us keys to the room unless we paid the extra amount. We left at midnight and drove to find another hotel. Completely unacceptable business practice and customer service. Please don't promote such practices by giving such places your money. (And to make this clear, I have never left a negative review of a place before!!)

“Its was ok as a cheap place to stay”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 August 2011

If you closed your eyes and pinched your nose closed it would be tolerable.
As it had a musty smell that could not be covered by Febreeze.
The room need a good cleaning, if you looked up at the corners of the ceiling there were cobwebs and the AC unit was really dirty, along with the carpeting.
The free breakfast was ok, and the bed was comfortable.
But would have been nice to have a refrigerator or mini fridge and microwave
