I had an overnite here and chose this hotel because of price and other tripadvisor reviews. I needed to be closer to DC but with the Colbert/Stewart Rally on Oct 30 rooms were at a premium. The outside of this place looks pretty sketchy, but inside was neat and tidy. Front desk staff were courteous and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a room on the highway side and you could definitely tell in the morning, but I had to get up anyway, so it was no big deal. If you need a super quiet room, try to get one facing the street, not the highway. They have free internet, fridge, microwave, free breakfast. Breakfast was wafffles, cereal, fruit, juices, bacon and eggs (dried eggs perhaps?) Basically the standard continental breakfast fare at the economy chain hotels. Metro station is a mile away, but you can drive and park. Beats driving in to the city. It is a little far to drive in to the City, more because of traffic than distance. I would personally take the metro. Bottom line is that it was clean and comfortable. I would stay again for 1-3 nites.
