If you are considering coming to this neck of the New England Woods you will not regret including this gem in your travels. Just the warmest, nicest and most delightful of hosts (Doug and Margie) await you there! So accommodating with our needs with a breakfast I will be thinking about for a long long time. Margie’s homemade granola was outstanding and she even gave me some for the road. Enjoy and please give our regards to Kipper when you’re there. :)

My stay at the inn was even better than expected. The house is in a secluded woodsy area, yet close to everything. The rooms are spacious with a private outdoor area. Coffee and tea are available all day in the lobby. The owners are very hospitable and genuinely care about making your stay as pleasant and memorable as possible.

Beautiful grounds, excellent food, close to the beach, close to restaurant, and close to N. H. and Mass. All rooms have A/C and private bathrooms. Owners were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The breakfasts were outstanding! Free non-alcoholic beverages, coffee and hot and cold tea available 24/7.

Our stay was very relaxing. The Morning Glory B&B was set in a wooded area. We were not wanting to be in the hustle and bustle of the beach crowd. We loved our room. The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast and the snacks in the room.

Loved staying in this B&B/Inn in the York Beach area. Unfortunately, we could only stay one night on our way home from a week's vacation in coastal Maine. But it was a great experience nonetheless. Margie greased us warmly upon our arrival and provided a bit of history of the Inn (original section was reportedly built in 1776). We stayed in the Chickadee room which was a two-room suite on the second floor of the original section. Very comfortable and quiet. The next morning we had a wonderful breakfast out on the patio that is surrounded by a well-maintained wildflower garden. Highly recommend for a relaxing time in Southern Maine - we will be back!!

We had a delightful stay with Margie, Doug and their wonderful team! What a thoughtful place, very comfortable too. Margie carefully prepared a different tasty breakfast each morning and even accommodated a dietary allergy for one of us. There were even snacks in the room that were considerate of the allergy! WOW! There is a very thorough guide to local food and attractions that Margie and Doug have compiled - read it and take note - if they mention it - believe it! Thank You Margie and Doug!

My family and I have lived in the York Harbor area and vacationed there for years. I have stayed at the local hotels, i.e. Stage Neck and York Harbor, when there is a full house, as an adult professional. I found the contact from start to finish, warm and professional and as the previous party reviewed, unobtrusive. The owners really care about the guests' experience and that shows up in every thoughtful detail. I plan on returning as it was a quiet, peaceful, lovely/tranquil setting to visit which is important to me as a traveler.. The guests there also seemed like-minded, quiet, respectful and dignified which matters to me as well.

We go to York Harbor fairly often and have stayed at both the Stage Neck Inn and the York Harbor Inn. This place is a different kind of lodging from each of those, but equally delightful. Our room (the Rachel) was absolutely beautiful. We got the chance to peek into some of the other rooms and all the ones we looked at were lovely in their own way. The breakfast was outstanding and the inn staff were all very appropriately friendly while being unobtrusive. The gardens are beautifully landscaped and the overall atmosphere of the inn is peaceful and stylish. I would definitely return to this property.
