I am a vegan and Judy went out of her way to make sure I had a lovely breakfast. The room was clean and cozy and we felt very comfortable. We look forward to staying here again!

We flew in from the west coast and were exhausted. Tom was very accommodating, allowing us to check in early to nap. We felt very comfortable and at home. This B&B is very clean and homey and the the breakfast was delicious.

We had the pleasure of meeting Tom and Judy while staying in their charming B&B. Very nice home with great hospitality and breakfast! Especially enjoyed the breakfast discussion with our fellow guests, one of who was a semi-professional photographer who travels to Maine regularly and always stays at the Black Lantern. Don't know if we'll be back in the area any time soon, but if we are, we'll stay here again.

Smashing B&B in Topsham with a great room, breakfast and owners (Tom & Judy). This is genuine American hospitality. Would recommend you book here without hesitation. Great view over the river and Main St in Topsham has great restaurants as well. Highly recommend the Gelato Fiasco. Thanks once again to Tom & Judy.
