“Cabin was terrible!”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 July 2010

I booked a cabin here based on their website. I should have known why there were no pictures of the insides of the cabins. Website states cabins are rustic but well-maintained. Their idea of well-maintained is a cabin that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Spider webs in the bathroom, the bathroom fan was so black and didn't work, floor was dirty-no throw rugs to catch the sand that is everywhere. The mattress in the bedroom was stained. The bed in the living area was a murphy bed. The mattress was so hard and uncomfortable, it looked like it was from 1970. The only positive was the short walk to the beautiful lake and beach area. Water is crystal clear. My kids, 11 and 7, loved spending the afternoon there.

“We had a great time tenting here.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 June 2010

We tented at Sebago Lake Family Campground in late June. The site was nice, spacious, wooded and freshly raked for us. It had a clean grill, a fire pit, a new picnic table and water and electricity . The playground was fun for our children, the comfort stations clean with hot showers included. Their private Sebago Lake beach was right across the street .The beach was beautiful with spectacular views, good beach sand, a raft ,a roped off swimming area in very clear water, and also new picnic tables. People were friendly and camp store well stocked. The campground was rather quiet, which we prefer (kids were biking, people were social, but there were no loud partiers when we were there) We had a great time.
