We went on a weekend shopping trip and this hotel more than accommodated our needs to be close to the mall, have a pool, and complementary breakfast. The first night we asked for a portable crib and had it within 5 minutes, and then we called for sheets for the pullout sofa and got those just as quickly. Also the light burned out in the bathroom while we were in the room and it was changed within 10 minutes. The staff have been very pleasant and are very willing to help.

I stayed for a few nights, while the hotel had only a few bookings, on the fourth floor.

Pros - The room was clean, had quality newish furnishings, with a refrig and microwave, and was fairly large. My room was in good condition with recent updating and was better than most Holiday Inns. The bath tub was large, which is nice.

Cons - Only one internet computer! The pool was in poor condition. Water pressure was poor in my room.

The breakfast area was fine, but might be crowded if the hotel is filled to capacity. The "gym" had a number of treadmills and cycles and a universal machine. No weights.

We have stayed at this hotel several times - rooms are very clean and roomy. Staff is exceptional in customer service. They had us reserved with two double beds and I asked for a king when we arrived - was told 'No problem, let me just adjust this..." And...all with a smile and a friendly attitude. They have a breakfast included, though we just went for coffee and had breakfast at Becky's Diner instead. There is plenty of parking and it's close to the mall and some of the other popular shopping areas (like the Christmas Tree Shops). I'm sure it would be fine for families as well - though I've always only been with my spouse when there.

Great place. Rooms are more like suites - very roomy. They have mini kitchens (no cook stoves though). We have stayed twice and will definitely go back again when we are in the area.
