Thank you Courtyard at Portland Airport. Thanks for the friendly face that welcomed me quickly and efficiently when we arrived at 3 am instead of 11 PM due to a snow storm. Thank you for not just showing me where I could buy milk for the baby at that hour but instead for finding it for me. Thanks for the outstanding shuttle service. Most importantly thank you for being proactive and calling us for our wake-up call AND offering to come up and carry our luggage down for us when the elevator broke. You have no idea how much stress this relieves when you are travelling with small kids. Thanks again for having my information on file and for fulfilling the requests for extra pillows, towels, etc. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with your hotel.

The park and fly was perfect for what we needed and the rate was reasonable. Sadly I can't comment on breakfast because we were on a plane before it was served :(

Aside from the outstanding service, the location of this hotel is perfect for just about everything, you can walk to the mall, to many restaurants, etc. You are a few minutes from the airport by shuttle and the hotel is very close to the highway (without any traffic noise). The hotel is immaculately clean and indeed I couldn't have found a speck of dirt if I'd been looking! I could rave on and on, but I'll stop now and I can sum it all up in one sentence that I don't seem to use very often: "We will be back!"

Upon arrival my family and I were greeted with a very warm welcome by Tara. While checking in she made mention to local restaurants and gave very detailed directions to where the mall and other stores could be found. Tara was also tending bar the second night of our stay and once again provided exceptional service. Unfortunately this type of service ceased when other staff members came on duty. Our room featured an extremely comfortable king bed with a pull out sofa for the kids. However this arrangement did not prove to be suitable so a call to the front desk and a roll away bed was provided. The only thing amiss was we were not provided with bedding for the roll away. Another call to the front desk and I was told that the bedding could not be delivered. I went to the front desk to inquire about the bedding. A halfhearted sorry was offered. When I inquired about a corkscrew none was provided. We ate breakfast in the hotel restaurant that featured a large variety of hot and cold items. The lay out was cafeteria style, however the hotel had attentive staff to offer more coffee or juice and to clear away the dishes from your table. During our stay we received a knock at the door, and it was housekeeping. She stated that she was a new employee and her supervisor asked her to clean our bathroom again as it was not up to standard. I can assure you our bathroom was very clean and was stocked with fresh towels daily. Perhaps other staff members could take their cue from Tara as she would always say cheerfully “my pleasure.” Overall our stay was pleasant and comfortable due to the fact this hotel is kept in very good order and they have staff members like Tara.

My husband and I spent an overnight here for his 30th birthday. We live about an hour away and wanted to be able to go out to dinner and drinks and then spend the next day shopping before heading home. The hotel was extremely quiet on a Thursday night; check-in took about 2 minutes.

Our room was very clean and pretty quiet. I brought a small travel fan for white noise so I could sleep, but it wasn't very noisy to begin with. We booked a room with a king-sized bed and the bed was large and comfortable.

We did not partake of their breakfast options, but I did use the small fitness center and it met my needs.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay - the hotel is about 3 minutes from the Maine Mall (probably more like 10-12 minutes to the airport) and there is a good selection of chain restaurants nearby.

Booked this as I thought it was closer to airport, after a long travel day. This was a very nice place to stay, the staff was nice and pleasant. The airport shuttle does not run after 11 at night, so they covered the taxi from airport. Breakfast is not free but very good deal. But as nice, clean, quite and all,,, the price of the room was steep...
