My recent stay at this property was a wonderful experience. My room was spotless and clean. My experience here was terrific. Excellent hotel and great customer service..

We paid $55 per night and for the price, can't complain. Some things to note - air con is loud, so will annoy some people. Old coffee bag in pot and m and m on the floor, dusty mirror. But the bathroom was spotless. Car parking out front.

We booked this with hotels.com and looked at all the reviews. They were good at the time we booked it, a few months in advance. About a week before we were to leave, I checked the reviews again and the most recent ones were not good. All had to do with the cleanliness of the room. My in-laws stayed there, although we did not. The bathtub had a ring in it and it didn't get cleaned until they left a note asking them to do so. Also, they requested a refrigerator and they never did get it, but they didn't have to pay for it.
The area is safe and is conveniently located and this is why we chose it for them. But at this time I would recommend staying somewhere else until the management changes or is more concerned with the cleanliness of the rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located to I-95 and all the shopping and dining nearby. The room was clean and comfortable and made for a good night's sleep. As a guest there, I stupidly left behind a rather expensive camera in my room. The cleaning crew found it and the hotel manager mailed it to me in Albuquerque. That alone has turned me into a loyal customer. My traveling takes me past Portland at least twice a year. I will stay there again.
