Our site was on one of the ponds, had ample room and gave us plenty of privacy. Some of the other areas had little to no privacy with RVs stacked on each other, which I was glad we did not have. Our site had electric, water, and cable (which we did not use). The lake was nice. The kids would fish within viewing distance and caught a couple. The ponds are stocked. Activities were great for the kids. Pools were fun. Evening entertainment was fun. Took advantage of their happy hours for cheap drinks and appetizers several times. There were more things to do for the kids than we could actually take advantage of, especially since we spent several days at water parks and beaches. The store on site was great as well. Carried just about everything you could imagine or want. Restaurant was nice for low-key meals when I didn’t feel like cooking. All in all, we had a blast and will definitely be back at some point in the future.

My family stayed here for three nights and loved it. We have camped in many different campgrounds, and this was one of the most well-equipped and clean. There was a lot to do, especially for families with children. There is a large pool/hot-tub area, bikes and kayaks to rent, a kayak launch right at the campground, entertainment, a place to buy food, and playgrounds.

Also they have many different sites, and we were able to switch to a different site than the one we reserved initially. We were told that we could choose which one we liked best.

The best feature is the trolley that takes you directly to Old Orchard Beach several times a day.

We stayed at Bayley's the last weekend of July. This was our first time here and I was a little nervous after reading some of these reviews. We were camping in a tent with 2 kids, 17 & 12. Everything was great! We booked 3 weeks ahead and got a site by the bathrooms and not too far from the front store and pools. Everyone that we had contact with was friendly and helpful. The only thing I wished was different would be more ventilation in the bathrooms/showers. We have stayed at other campgrounds where this was not a problem. Overall we had a terrific weekend and plan on going bCk next year! Advice...go online and check out the map, pick an area you would like to be in and book far enough ahead that you can get it.

We booked 1 week in advance , We were told our lot had woods in the back and it turns out those woods were actually a 2 way street with excavation trucks passing by at about 7:30 in the morning all day long along with cars etc..... lots of friendly mosquitos, Bathrooms not very clean .We have stayed in campgrounds half the price and 2 times better. The campground did have nice staff for the kids activities, lots of activities for kids.Old orchard beach had so many people we had about 1 foot in between other people and the whole beach was like this. It is a nice area but once again many places were overcrowded.The other good thing is the trolley service to and from the campground. Very courteous drivers. I will not be going back to this campground.
