Wonderful stay. We arrived later at night and were greeted by a nice elderly woman who looked like she had a long day. So it was very much appreciated that she was very welcoming. Just make sure you double check the price, because she charged us the wrong amount from what we booked online. But it was no problem, we had a copy of our reservation costs and she gave us a refund for what she overcharged us.

The whole room was comfortable and clean, including the bathroom. Room was cleaned, bathroom refreshed and the bed was made when we came back from our excursions of the day. We stayed on the first floor and the view was still amazing. We found it funny that if you sat on the toilet bowl and left the door of the bathroom open, you could still see the wonderful view of Penobscot Bay. Not sure if that was done on purpose, but it was highly amusing.

So overall great stay. The breathtaking view is definitely a plus. We would definitely go back.

We were delighted with this charming hotel. Very clean, comfortable, friendly, hotel with a maginficent view from your room.

We stayed here for one night when we were in the area on family business and loved it. The room was immaculate and decorated nicely with a Maine Seacoast theme. The view of Glen Cove and the grounds is spectacular and the people at the front desk very friendly. There is coffee available in AM and a refrigerator in the room so you can have breakfast in the room and watch the sunrise over the bay. We would definitely stay here again. The hotel is conveniently located between Rockland and Camden. I was not able to connect to WiFi so am not sure if it is availble in rooms.

I stayed here 2 nights in late October. The people were friendly and helpful, the room neat as a pin, the view spectacular, with the balcony private and separated from those of the other rooms. The location is about halfway between Rockland and Rockport, right on the main drag, so quite convenient. Good coffee in the lobby first thing in the morning. Wireless internet worked well. My only complaint was the noise from the unit above me, as the insulation was poor. Perhaps next time, I'd get a top floor room in hopes of a bit more peace. But overall, I was quite pleased.
