The only complaint that I had was we were only able to stay for 1 night.

To start off with I am not a picky traveller. As long as my room is clean and bug free I am all set to relax and enjoy. From looking at various hotels in Old Orchard Beach I was totally prepared for older type motels and warned my 18 years old daughter and 2 of her friends of that fact. Our expectations were exceeded.

The location is absolutely perfect. Right on the beach. The beach in front of the motel is wide with soft white sand and very uncrowded. We did walk to the pier which is about 1 1/2 miles south and were even more appreciative of "our" beach. Closer to the pier it is very crowded and you are literally sitting right on top of other people. In front of Ocean Walk there was ample space and we really liked that fact.

Room was very clean. We did have an issue with our lock on our door but we did inform the management and they were going to look into it. There was lots of space for 3 teenagers and myself in our 1 bedroom suite.

The front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful. On the day we checked out the girls wanted to do some shopping in nearby Kittery but wanted to come back to the beach. I asked about parking in town as we were no longer guests at the hotel. They said to keep our parking ticket and use their parking lot. Very nice of them and very much appreciated.

Eventhough the Ocean Walk is a bit out of town, we used the trolley to go downtown for supper and after staying past the ltime to catch the last trolley back we utilized the pedi-cabs (bicycle driven carts) which was a blast and only cost us $3 per person. The experience was definately worth more than that. Had a great laugh and it made for some great photo opportunities.

Have decided that this mini pre-university vacation to Old Orchard Beach will become an annual event but we will be staying longer next year and will be staying at the Ocean Walk.

My family and I have been staying at the Ocean Walk for years. We stay at least 2-3 times a year. The owners are the best. And there is nothing like starting your morning with a joke from Paul..love HIM!!! It feels like you are coming to visit family when you come back to the Oceanwalk. We stay in the oceanfront rooms and have stayed in 1 bedroom suites and large studios and every room is always very clean and wonderful. We wish we could keep it our little secret because the more people that find out about the hotel the harder it is to get a room when you want a quick get away!!! Can't wait for our next trip in Sept.

Right on the beach. A little bit far from downtown, but there's a convinience store 1 minute away (by foot). At least the beach his quieter then next to the pier. Rooms are not pretty but they are extremely clean and confortable. Staff is friendly. The units are very close to one another so the second you're out of your room there is no intimacy. Still, I would'nt go anywhere else in Old Orchard.

We have been going to Ocean Walk for over 17 years...and other than home there is no place like it. The rooms are always clean, room service great and you are only a few steps away from the sand/beach! The Saucier family has always been great to us and we can't wait to going again next year!
