I stayed here in July 2010 with my mom and cousins wife. Mom is in her mid-50's and my friend and I are 30. It was great - we've stayed in Ogunquit before and this is the cheapest so far, as well as the nicest. The four of us stayed in one room which was a bit tight, but we managed. The only problem we ran into was I blew a fuse a few times while I was drying my hair. We had too many things plugged in at once - two hair dryers, a phone charger, the tv, etc... and three women getting ready - it was just too much I guess. I called the front desk and they came right away and fixed it. It happened again, a few minutes later, and they fixed it immediately. Didn't happen anymore. It's perfect because you can walk to the beach instead of driving and paying $20 to park each day. We had no problem walking to the beach, right down the road. The trolley stops in front of the hotel which is nice as well. We took the trolley down to Perkins Cove and down to the other restaurants about a mile away. Fun to ride. The breakfast place across the street is great too - make sure you check that out!
We are going back this July, 2011... we got two rooms this time since there are 4 of us... can't wait to go back! It's a great deal for peak summer times in Maine. Really great. Can't go wrong. The pool is nice too - small but perfect for what we needed. I love it there.
Oh... in our room we had a double bed, a queen and a pull out sofa. The sofa bed was not comfortable at all, but it was ok for 3 nights. Definitely not comfy though. The other two bed were just fine. Nothing special but they were fine.
Free wifi... parking, it's great. We love it :)
