We booked this hotel for a visit to Bates College with our teenager. The price allowed us to book two separate rooms. I was reluctant to book a budget hotel, but my wife read reviews about this property being newly renovated and clean. Well, the room was clean, although the blankets on the bed were old, worn and as comfortable as a sheet of cardboard. We had a newly reno'd bathroom, but that was it. The entire property smells of stale cigarette smoke (thankfully the window opens). Even though we booked a non-smoking room, there is an ashtray (with a no smoking logo on it, but clearly no one is listening). There is no shampoo or tissue in the bathroom, not even a do not disturb sign for the door. The halls need new carpet, which is badly stained. Tile floors in the stairwells are cracked and broken, creating a tripping hazard. There is no elevator to the second floor, so you carry your luggage. There is no breakfast (next door is the Ramada with a 6 dollar buffet) and the coffee maker in the lobby was not working. They allow dogss, and down the hall was a small barking dog who wouldn't shut up any time someone walked by in the hall. Never again.

Not a bad hotel for the price. It was extremely cheap however the rooms were clean and comfortable. I was expecting way worse for $45 a night but it was a pleasant surprise. Nothing bad or great about it. Average hotel room. Would stay again if in town.

is simple place to stay. is safe & economical. many places to eat nearby. rooms are fine, nothing great, but that's what you get for the price. would stay again.

Amazing for the price. We drove 10 hours and landed in Lewiston for a night stop over. Danielle(front desk) greeted us at the lobby and was very friendly. We went to our room and it was very clean. My wife and I want eda glass of wine and a quick dinner, but we did not want to go to a restaurant as we were tired.

Danielle suggested a near by grocery store for food and wine. We went out and got a light dinner and wine for the room. When we returned we realized we did not have a wine opener. I went otoFront Desk to see if they had a wine opener but they did not. Danielle called the manager who has an apartment in the motel and the manager brought us his wine opener. Great service. Would definately stay again..
