If you want a resort that is unpetentious and just so comfortable that you can kick off your shoes and enjoy the entire place...this is it. Our family has travelled all of North America and I love this resort! The price is perfect...Im alittle nervous to give a huge high ...Im booking our third year there..come and enjoy you will be happy

Let's get this straight, this is not a resort. It is a motel and not a place to take a vacation. Possibly one night here is more than enough if you are doing the beach. The good: linens and pillows seemed nice. Beds were comfortable, and shower was powerful. The bad: guests wandering around at 2:00 a.m. chatting it up outside. Guests up and outside talking at 6 a.m. (This is the type of place it is) Halls are very dreary and ill lit, doors look like some have been kicked in. Did not like the carpeting in the room, it did not seem clean. Would I stay there again, no. The ugly: continental breakfast is a joke. I generously give this 3 stars, it's more in between 2-3 stars. Honestly, I felt when I entered the darkened room upon check-in a bat would fly out. Really.

we found it very good, convenient, helpful, very nice amenities..
would definately go back there..

Recently enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing weekend with friends at this location. Room was very clean, comfy, and well appointed. Walking the grounds was a treat; attractive with spring blooms and well maintained. A bit too cool for the outdoor pool for me but the indoor pool served us well in to the evening. Very pleasant, helpful staff. Not far from the ocean and Kennebunkport shopping and eating. Very enjoyable.
