My wife and I stayed here for one night in late winter. The owners, Liz and Eric, really care about 'service' and also pay great attention to details. The three-course breakfast Liz prepared was fabulous looking and tasting. The decor throughout is new and clean and fresh. The location is terrific. The bed was very comfortable. The shower soap smelled delicious. My wife and I will stay here again when we visit Kennebunk. There is no downside. Top-shelf. My husband and I just spent two nights at the Inn and loved every minute of it. Liz & Eric are wonderful hosts and were so accomodating of our needs. The Inn is incredible and felt more like a high end hotel than a B&B. The breakfast was delicious, our room was comfortable (we stayed in the Sunrise room), and the location was perfect. We saw the beach and ate a ton of Maine seafood. From the Inn, we also made day trips to Freeport and Portland, two idyllic Maine towns. If you are looking for a quiet, romantic getaway, definitely check this place out.

We spend two nights over the long weekend there in January 2012. We were attracted to the combination of a B&B and a modern, sleeker interior design. We were not disappointed! The room was well appointed and pleasant. As we expected based on the reviews, the breakfasts were the highlight! The food was imaginative, beautifully presented, tasted wonderful - and there was just the right amount of it to be well fed but not ready for a nap :)

There is not much to do in the area during the winter but if you're looking for a quiet getaway, like we were, this is perfect. A long walk around the sleepy otherwise touristy town, good food (the owner had great suggestions), and hot coffee and Tea Forte to come back to made for a perfect weekend.

My husband and I spent 2 nights here while attending a Kennebunkport wedding. We were so impressed with the renovations and decor! Everything was new and very tastefully done. We arrived a little early (just in time for the delicious cookies!), but Liz allowed us to check-in since our room was just about ready. The blankets from our bed were still in the wash, but we didn't mind at all. We stayed in the smallest room - Beach Walk. Though small, it was a lovely room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was actually a good size, but the shower was tiny (I would also recommend a fan in the bathroom). Everything was very clean! Breakfast was also very good. The innkeepers clearly take a lot of pride in this part of the B&B experience. We would highly recommend this inn to anyone.
