My friends and I booked 4 cottages for a weekend stay in August 2011. The accomodations were perfect for everyone - Dads and Daughters. Parsons Beach is only a short walk down the road and was perfect Maine Beach. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and had one evening grilling food and sitting by the firepit. The location is close to some great restaurants and there is plenty to see and do in the lower village. Our favorite was Happy Hour at Stripers Restaurant in Kennebunkport. All agreed to return again next year.

The rooms were very clean when we arrived, and daily service was great. The pool area has been redone and looks great. I particularly enjoyed the short walk to the beach, walking down a country road by a horse farm and salt marsh wetlands to a beautiful beach that is never crowded (in my experience)

This hotel is perfect for groups! The owner was so friendly and accommodated our group by putting us in the same area. The condo units are very nice and has everything you need in kitchen - even a dishwasher! A short 5-10 minute drive to town is very convenient - and the beach is only a 5-10 minute walk from the hotel. Great place - definitely would stay again!

My mom and dad stay here, and love it, so me and my family (including an infant) Started staying here as well. We all love it so much, I told my husband's family about it and they stayed and loved it too. Very clean rooms. The room we rent is small, and neat with a kitchenette, but my friends have stayed in the new cottages and they are very spacious, their kids got their own room. This is the third time we've stayed here and for the reasonable rates you just can't beat it! There is a beautiful beach accessable by walking on a road that goes through this beautiful horse farm. The beach is never crowded. Everyone who works here is always very friendly, we will come back time and again, and they allow pets! Would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a simple Maine vacation, we love it.
