This is a wonderful place to stay. The decor is tasteful and everything is very comfortable. Larry is a great host and will do anything to help make one's stay as good as possible. Do not hesitate to stay here.

The FOOD is AMAZING!! Homemade raspberry muffins, fresh fruit, and french toast for breakfast and an a delicious snack in the afternoon like chocolate peanut butter brownies. The owners are great and very knowledgable of the area. Whether it is a sunny or rainy day - Larry was great at giving us different suggestions to let us see Maine! My husband and I will stay here again! We stayed in the Holbrook Suite and it was beautiful! The inn is very clean and the views are exceptional!

What a great bed and breakfast!!!!. Everything about the Linekin is first class. Larry was so helpful and informative. Wonderful, clean, spacious rooms and cozy sitting areas to relax with a snack and glass of wine. The grounds are perfectly landscaped with a great view. We loved our stay and will highly recommend it to all.

My wife and I booked the Linekin Loft room on a last minute stay and were quite impressed by the location and level of service provided by this place. If you want to be within walking distance of all the touristy stuff in Boothbay, this might not be the place for you. If instead you are looking for a QUIET location with nice views and large rooms (ours was at least), this place is great. Plenty of space to hang out (indoors and out), and the breakfast was great. Had we not stayed here, we probably would not have checked out the neck that this B&B was on, which was actually quite gorgeous and not that crowded.
