Stayed here in mid-June. It's not fancy but clean. It's not luxurious but inexpensive. Breakfast was not gourmet but was OK and filling. Considering the cost and what you get, I have no complaints. Might stay here again if we weren't spoiled by the Holiday Inn in Bath.

One suggestion if you're heading downstate to Old Orchard Beach: DON'T stay at the Knights Inn there. It's a dirty rundown dump!

it looks nice i want to stay there but can you go there with no credit cards? i dont have a credit card because i simply do not belive in them. I was wondering if you could stay there without a credit card. And without a cash deposit for over 100 dollars. i would pay cash upfront for the rooms tho.

We were a bit wary about this hotel because the price was so good but it was fine. It's getting on in years and the furniture could tell a few stories but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, there was a desk for my laptop, good internet access, a micorwave to heat up a takeaway meal, laundry which was very economical and handy and small fridge which was appreciated. The only thing missing was a coffee maker and/or an electric kettle but we soon remedied this by using the breakfast room in the reception area. I found Kelly on the desk a delightful young lady who was willing to assist. Breakfast was continental and provided everything we required. This is good value accommodation.

When we pulled into the Knight's Inn, I was thinking this place is really run-down. My wife gave that "scolding look", like you booked this place? Okay, bad start, but we were greeted by a nice young lady, who provided directions to eating places and was very friendly. Next, the rooms are spacious for a motel like this. They were clean, the Wifi worked great, and the area was quiet. Pool was kept up and had a nice temperature. The bathroom was a bit outdated, but if that is your worst complaint, not bad. Basically, the owners do the best they can with what they have. Would stay here again!
