We loved the welch inn! It was a great place to stay, breakfast was great and Susan and Michael were amazing. We had a beautiful room, great recommendations, and a comfortable stay. Can't wait to come back!

My husband and I needed a break from it all with baby number 2 on the way and having just moved into a new house, we knew the hustle and bustle of the holidays was not going to be a time to relax but we decided to get away anyway. Was it ever worth it. We arrived around 3PM and were greeted by a wonderful smiling face, made some small talk while checking and and were given the lay of the land. We went to our room and just sat by the fire for a few minutes. Amazingly relaxing. Wonderful atmosphere.

I needed a break. Working, holidays, travel ... you name it, I just needed a switch from all of that "rat race" stuff. The Welch House Inn B&B has been quite the switch. Quiet, clean and comfortable, what more could you ask for. The rooms are spacious and have fireplaces in them that give you a perfect atmosphere. The common areas are clean and the views from the upper deck are incredible. The owners are wonderful, kind and caring people. They really care about your stay and your well being. I feel so refreshed already!!

My wife has a walking disability and can not do stairs. The Admiral room was perfect, just off the breakfast room, pr. br and a slider to the outside porch overlooking the water. Michael cooks fantastic breakfasts and gave us a feeling that we belonged....It is no longer possible for my Gayle to travel overnight, but we will long remember our anniversary weekend in Boothbay....Thank You Susan and Michael,
