My wife and me had our best days on our holiday at The White House Inn. Santiago, the co-owner, greeted us very warmly. We felt being at home. The building is so beautyful. Our room was perfect. The whole stay was comfortable. The extremely helpful recommendations made our trip a very pleasant one. We won't forget the beautiful days in Belfast, a very picturesque place. A special tip: The Three Tides. We still miss it.

We were warmly greeted and welcomed into this majestic and meticulous Inn by owners Sandy and Diana Rich. Our room was cozy, comfortable and clean. The owners were extremely helpful with sightseeing and dining recommendations. We were served a scrumptious gourmet breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice. We look forward to our next visit!

Visiting the Maine coast on a long holiday weekend, we were fortunate to get a room at the White House Inn. The White House is by far one of the most beautiful homes in a town chock full of historic buildings, and it has been meticulously maintained by the owners, Sandy and Diana.

Sandy and Diana are delightful hosts, who make you feel welcome the moment you step foot in the door. They offer great advice on where to go and what to see and breakfast is amazing.

The rooms at the White House are elegant with their high ceilings and antique furnishings, but more importantly, they have comfortable beds, spotless bathrooms, and little extras like bottled water and a small box of chocolates.

There is no question that we will stay again when we make it back to Maine.

We felt the hospitality from Santiago the minute we entered The White House. Since we were there 4 nights, we took the opportunity to drive each day to other places as Belfast was a central location for doing so.
We were always happy each day to return "home" to the WH. Santiago suggested several choices for dinner that were delicious and other local attractions but nothing could compare to our first class breakfasts each morning.Even though lobster is a favorite of mine, I was forced to only have it once a day while there because I enjoyed each breakfast so much!! From each amenity in the room to the detail of every serving of food, we were thrilled.Dianna and Santiago are a perfect pair to host such a unique inn. We truly made friends at The White House!
