The restaurant is palatable and the staff are excellent.

I recently stayed at the Four Points Sheraton Bangor Airport. I've been flying out of BGR for my entire life, but live about an hour away. A few days before my most recent trip, I discovered that there was going to be a LOT of snowfall before my flight which was scheduled to leave at 6:40am, so I opted to try staying at this hotel. The convenience of being able to wake up, and not step one single foot outside before flying out was fantastic. The staff was helpful, the managers banquet was a nice treat. If you're looking for a place that is close to the mall, shopping or anything else, I might stay away, but if you're planning on using it for its proximity to the airport you can't go wrong.

We stayed at the Bangor sheraton In January and were very satisfied. The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.The bar staff always went out of their way to get us what we wanted.The food and the service in the restaurant was great.Our room was clean and kept neat and tidy as we stayed three nights.Overall our stay was great and the staff always were there for anything we needed.We will be staying there again.

This hotel is getting old - They redid the lobby, BUT the rooms are in tough shape. The location is handy ONLY to the airport. The parking situation is a hassle.
