I have stayed here twice and had a great experience both times. The front desk even called my room to ask if everything was okay and if they could do anything for me! It has a nice little in house restaurant and lounge, so you don't have to venture out although it is very conveniently located to other restaurants and shopping. It is right off the interstate but far enough to miss the noise. The rooms are very clean and well kept, there are lots of perks like free wireless internet and fresh cookies and fruit at the desk, but most of all the staff is terrific! It is quiet and peaceful as well.

not a particularly good HGI. note the water in Monroe looks like urine, very unsettling. something to do with the fact it comes from a well. so noticeable that they post signs in the bathroom.

This is a newer hotel located on the outskirts of the city. The only complaint I might have is getting to the hotel from the freeway. I could see it, but there are not many signs directing a person on which small roads to take once they have taken their exit.
This hotel had a few unfavorable reviews which made me leary. Maybe the problems have been taken care of by now. I didn't see anything wrong. The lobby is beautiful, new, and clean. Our rooms were nice and beds were comfortable! We chose not to eat breakfast at the hotel, but the hostess that was working the breakfast area in the mornings was greeting everyone so nicely as they came through the lobby . Very friendly staff. I would stay there again!

Checked in late after a long trip. They gave a complimentary drink coupon for already closed lobby area. I paid for the breakfast with the room. The book in roomsays it closes at 11am, we were there at 10:30am and it was already picked up. When we checked in the room was 80 degrees. Took forever to cool off. I recommend staying away from this hotel. Not worthy of having the Hilton name. Only thing Hilton about it is the price!
