This hotel was not worth the price! The heater in our first room did not work and the person at the front desk told us it takes a while to heat up. Meanwhile, five to ten minutes later, it was still blowing out cool air so we had to get another room. The heater worked in this room (first thing I checked) but there was no refrigerator. My husband went back to the front desk once again and the guy told us that he knew the refrigerator was missing but it was the only room left on the first floor with double beds. I wish he would have given us an option to decided if we wanted that room or not. By that time, we were so exhausted after driving 10 hours, that we just settled! The walls were dirty and the sheets did not smell fresh at all. We could hear the people above us walking back and forth. This hotel was terrible and we won't be stopping here ever again.

Dear JMH, I want to "Thank You" for taking the time to write about your recent stay with us. Our guest feedback is very important to us with training and in improving our hotel. I do apologize for the problem you encountered with the heat not getting to a comfortable temperature. I am glad we were able to take care of you by immediately moving you to another room that was comfortable. I understand having amenities in your room like a refrigerator and microwave is important. Unfortunately, at this time all of our rooms do not come with those amenities. I have spoken with my front desk associate and trained them on the importance of letting guest know before moving them the amenities that the next room might not have. We truly appreciate your business and hope that you will stay with Jameson Inn again in the future.
