The desire to please their guests was overwhelming upon first entering the hotel. It was a very busy weekend, and we had not made reservations. This was not a problem, and Wendy, the manager, began trying to accommodate us in every way possible. She went above and beyond the expected level of customer service to satisfy our needs. Would probably not have stayed here due to pets being allowed, and the evidence of pet hair in room was found after we checked in. I stayed there because of the excellent customer service we received from the front desk and management. If you are traveling with pets, this is your place! I cannot say enough good things about the staff at this hotel! Thank you for a pleasant stay.

I have stayed in a lot of places but this one ranks the highest!! The hotel is very clean and the staff is very accomodating. The entire staff and management team is professional, considerate and caring. The hotel's atmosphere and ambience is so refreshing! I also stayed there in July 2010 after a bad experience with a competitor hotel. The manager on duty very kindly relieved our anxiety and helped to make our stay a good one. I neven notified the Corporate office to let them know how pleased I was. I live out of state but I have adopted this Quality Inn as my home away from home. this is where I will stay upon every visit to West Monroe, Louisiana. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!

This is a typical choice hotel. It is clean, but they don't put out enough towels, and the ones that they put out are borderline threadbare. It has none of those extra touches that stand out in memory, except that the continental breakfast is much better than average for this class of hotel.

Booked this hotel as part of our ‘road trip’ across the USA and very glad we did. The hotel and its staff are warm and friendly and when needed help or advise they were only too pleased to help.
The breakfast sets you up for the day and its location to the freeway is good. Stay here and you will not be disappointed
