Stayed here one night on a trip to Baton Rouge LA. Our room was on the 2nd floor and was at the end of the hall next to IH-10. We could hear the traffic from the freeway - especially the big trucks. We had to keep the air conditioner going to drown the freeway noise. We called the front desk and requested a different room; however, they said they were none available. This hotel does not upgrade Diamond Hilton Honors members. They had complimentary pizza in the lobby which was nice since it was raining and we didn't have to leave the hotel for dinner. Beds were comfortable.
Put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door - check out is at noon - at the housekeeper knocked on the door at 10:30AM - We complained to the front desk staff and they said they would talk to the housekeepers.
Overall good hotel. The only Hilton property in the Lake Charles area.
