We were working in the Lake Charles area and were having a hard time finding a hotel that was under budget and clean. The Days Inn Sulpher came to the rescue. The front desk person was very friendly and helped with directions. The rooms were a bit worn but clean. The wifi was excelent. The breakfast was minimal and poorly presented. Overall, a good hotel for work.

I was very happy with the place it is clean and people are very friendly. The price is very good for the services you get. I would defenetly recomend it to everyone in the area and I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Was a fairly good place to stay. Had some normal wear and tear, but I've been in worse. Staff was pretty nice, and the breakfast was good.

We thought we'd be saving a few bucks by staying here, instead we wished we had splurged. Rooms were dirty, smelled moldy, lights didn't work. Couch in room was dirty. I used a towel on the pillow so I didn't have to put my face on it. Our fellow travelers' room was just as disgusting. I am NOT a picky person who has to have a 5 star room, but I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. It's more of a truck stop motel. Everyone woke up with stuffy noses, probably from the moldy smell.....
The other people we were traveling with had booked a non-smoking room....they got a smoking one.

WILL NEVER EVER STAY HERE AGAIN!
