Booked this hotel for two nights as a stop off between Houston and New Orleans, thought we would have a look at the surrounding area including Lake Charles and a couple of Casinos. It was well situated and easy to find, with Lake Charles and casinos about 10-15 minutes away. The hotel was nice and clean, our room was also clean, large, quiet and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was fine. We only have one minus which was when we came to checkout they couldn't get the safety deposit box open, they tried to get a locksmith to come as quick as possible without success, but in the end it was found that our valuables were in a different numbered box that was in the log and on the key which wasted over an hour of our time, the staff were very apologetic and I would still go back to this hotel at any time.

Friendly, accommodating, clean, comfortable, roomy (as hotel rooms go), good price through hotels.com. This is the 2nd BW Plus we stayed in. I will look for a Plus before I go with a regular BW -- it's worth the extra $10.
A 2009 review said they even had free washers and driers. They still do! They even provide the soap. This hotel's washer was broken, so the clerk sent me next door to the Holiday Inn Express next door who has the same amenity (and is owned by the same owners as the BW.) This is a nice hotel.

Clean, spacious, quality facility. Very friendly and helpful staff at front desk and breakfast room. Excellent breakfast, large room and great variety. Room was excellent.

Our company has used this facility for training sessions and business meetings with meals catered on-site. The facility is fairly new, clean, pleasant, and the staff friendly and accomodating beyond that which may be found in larger market, up-scale properties.

We had several people spend the night recently ahead of a recent meeting and everyone seemed very pleased with the rooms, the breakfast, the staff, and the location in general. I would highly recommend it for anyone needing either meeting space or lodging in the Sulphur/Lake Charles area.
