Horrible customer service..not as clean as expected, no microwaves!

We pulled into the hotel around 1am, after driving 16 hours. I was traveling with two children and my friend who is in a wheelchair. The night clerk was the rudest most disrespectful person I have encountered at a hotel. She told us we couldn't check in because she was doing an audit and we would have to wait for up to a half hour, we found out the next day she could have checked us in. One of our rooms smelled like cat pee. We asked for a roll-a-way when we made the reservations and she made a nasty noise and glared at me when I asked her to please bring it to us. She left it in the hall way without telling us. When my friend who is in a wheelchair asked to be moved because of the cat pee smell she was told that her and her two small children would have to take the roll-a-way upstairs themselves to the third floor. I would say that this hotel is not friendly to those in a wheelchair. Very disappointing

Stayed one night on our way to Atlanta. Hotel was great for less than $100.00. Breakfast was better than most- included biscuits and gravey, breakfast sandwiches and the usuals. Would definitely stay here again. Location is right off I-20.

The hotel was clean, hotel staff were nice, and the breakfast was more than continental. The hotel has adjoining rooms. Our room had a refrigerator which actually kept the food cold. Lots of restuarants in the area. The hotel is located next door to Wal-mart. Would definitely recommend.
