Walked in.. Lobby stunk. Waited 5 minutes for elevator. Doors opened to a woman walking around with a mixing bowl of cereal. Went to our room and there were crack lines groved into our table. Went to shut and lock the door and door wouldn't do either.

This hotel needs to be bulled dozed and rebuilt. The staff was very friendly but the noise was a ........... The bathroom was dirty the corners had never been touched. the bathtub had paint all over it. The towels looked like the outside pavement. I work for a five star hotel in Dallas I know how a hotel should be. People stay AWAY. Catch one of the planes at the airport up the street and fly by thIs dump. DON'T WALK, DON'T RUN, FLY OVER THIS DUMP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh yes the elevator made a loud noise , when it stopped you better hold on. the landing was a hard jolt

First off, the pictures are not what this hotel looks like in person. The beds were filthy. Our sheets, pillows, and blankets were very dirty. The blanket looks like something from the 1800's. Our towels had hair on them. After taking a shower, you still felt dirty. We didnt sleep any due to the noise from arguing in the hall way. I am embarrassed to say I stayed here, but being labor day weekend there wasnt anywhere else available. All the lights in the room didnt even work. Also, the elevator did not work, but yet they still put us on the third floor. There were beer cans on the stairway. The complimentary breakfast was awful. A donut and a muffin , seriously ? All in all, this hotel is for scums !!!! If you have just the slightest little bit of class, DONT STAY HERE !!!!!!

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever set foot in. We didn't even stay there for the night. We returned to the room at 11 PM and decided that we had to get out of that place. There were 4 guys outside arguing whenever we arrived, roaches, and the place was so FILTHY. The shower was practically black. The pillows had stains on them. the mini fridge was disgusting. It was one of the cheaper hotels, but still WAY OVERPRICED for what you are getting. We left and paid for a nicer place to stay. You can't put an amount on a safe, clean place to sleep
