Front desk is rude, very poor service. Housekeepers found the way out of daily cleaning. This is what they do: they pass by between 8-10, if they see a do not disturb sign on the door - they never return to clean and just go home early. If you are still in the room at 8 -10 or sleeping - they leave and never return to clean. We left the room at 10:30, came back at 4 in the afternoon, our room wasn't clean. I've told the from desk, they said: sorry about your luck, the hotel isn't fully occupied, so the house keepers leave early, they passed by you room, you had Do-not-disturb sign, they went home. I said: they should've at least ask if we need towels to be changed. On the next day the housekeeper knocked on the door at 8:00 asking if we needed cleaning. Yes we did, but not at 8. The housekeepers are making rules in that hotel - I have never seen anything like that. The managers do not understand that cleaning should be for my convenience and not to keep convenient hours for the housekeepers. My husband works until midnight and at 8 in the morning - we are still resting
In most hotels they usually return to check later on. Front desk didn't help at all with this issue. Also, they say on their site that they provide shuttle within 10 miles radius. They lie. They DO NOT provide shuttle. The front desk lady just laughed at me when I've asked her about that. They need to change the information on their site then.
