From the General Manager, Betty.... to the housekeeping staff, each one was very welcoming and inviting. They made it seem like they were excited to have my group at their hotel and we were only using one room. This is the type of service that EVERY hotel should pattern themselves after. I recommend this hotel to EVERYONE!

This hotel is wonderful, The staff is outstanding.The service and rooms were excellent. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I stayed with my family at Sleep Inn and Suites everyone on that staff that I came into contact with was wonderful. The breakfast was alot more than I expected most hotels you get a little bit of food that is cold and doesn't state good at all.

I can't say anything bad about this facility at all - staff, rooms, public areas, pool everything was wonderful! Keep up the great work - I will definitely be back soon!

I was amazed that an employee of this hotel, in the same small town as the Louisiana Center for the Blind, actually informed me during the reservation process that my daughter's guide dog was not allowed to stay with us because the hotel's policy is no dogs. Really?! To add insult to injury, the maintenance man stopped us in the hall to ask us which room we were in because he needed to shampoo the carpets after we left. Unless he just wanted to make us feel dirty, he couldn't check with the front desk? There were other little disappointments that added up. My daughter will be in Ruston for grad school for the next 2 years but we will not stay at this hotel again.
