i just traveled with my wife in the area visiting family, and we decided to stay at the ABVI, the rate was very reasonable and the rooms look like they were just remodeled. absolutely nice rooms for the price and the staff was very nice, especially the manager. We will definately stay here again.....

This was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stopped at. We paid for 1 night and then went up to the room. As we entered we were greeted by the most putrid smell I've ever smelled. There was some kind of meat in the refrigerator that had been there so long that it had molded over and made the room more repulsive in smell than in sight. Obviously they did not have anyone clean this room and it had been a while since the last person was there. We took our things, demanded our money back and drove far away to a decent hotel in another town. This place is nasty.

Bad location. Right next to the interstate. Traffic and emergency veh will wake you up repeatedly. Big hole in sheets size of a football burn marks. Pillow case had a large stain about the size of someone's head. Went to store across interstate and bought our own pillows and sheets. Breakfast was to start at specific time and only cold cereal was there. Corporation needs to visit these places incognito. Hard to park with all the oversize contruction trucks. Should have made them park in back where there was more room. Staff lady who checked us in only bright spot friendly and knowledgeable.

I stopped here after a very long day of driving and was glad to take the last room. The clerk was very nice and got me checked in quickly. I stayed in an upstairs room. It was clean and had a microwave, coffeepot and refrigerator! It was at least as nice as other places at twice the price. I was heading east off of 1-20 and took the 167 south exit and it was the first business on the right. My stay was short but a very positive experience. Check out in the morning was just as smooth. I would stay there again when passing through.
