Just totally awesome !! From the direct call to the front desk reservation staff, check in, stay, and the really friendly & helpful staff we encountered each day. Especially the older gentleman that ran the free Hot breakfast was an expert at customer service. He gladly and graciously made us waffles and got us anything we needed, which was not even his job - it is self serve. It was a joy to see him daily. He even gave us a Christmas card- very sweet man !!

We've stayed here once before and came back again when we had to make an unexpected and quick trip to the area. Once again, the hotel was great. It's clean, easy to get to, in a safe area, has a nice staff, good breakfast, spacious room, etc. I still think the price is a tad bit high for the area, but I also still think it's probably the nicest hotel in the area. I've stayed in a few others in both Pineville and Alexandria in the past 15 years, and this is the best one. There is a nice pool here as well, although we did not get a chance to use it.

I love the way the hotel rooms are true suites--the bedroom is separate from the living room and bathroom and has an actual door that can be closed. This is great when traveling with a child!

The room was cool upon arriving which is a plus in 100 degree weather. Everything was clean and amenties provided in bathroom was wonderful. The check in was quick and they offered us fresh hot cookies, which was always available. It was quite even though we were on the Interstate side of hotel never heard noise from road. We were very impressed with the breakfast area. A lady cooked the delicious waffles for us and brought them to the table with butter and syrup. They were perfect. There was always coffee and tea available in foyer. The people at the desk were friendly and cheerful always! When checking out they had a plastice sack with 2 pieces of fruit and a health bar which was so nice. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again when traveling to Alexandria La.

I've now stayed at 3 hotels in the Pineville/Alexandria area and this was by far the best. My previous 2 experiences were awful and this place was if nothing else problem free. The hotel and room were very clean, good service and a quiet peaceful environment. The breakfast was excellent. It is a little pricey but after suffering through 2 terrible stays at other local hotels I was willing to pay more for a good nights stay.
