My extended family & I came to town for a family funeral... We needed 7 rooms during a very busy time! (local festival) and the Sleep Inn was the only property in a 25 mile radius that had all 7 rooms under one roof... The sales manager was helpful over the phone - but the rates were all different when we checked in. The rooms were clean enough -but definitely done on the "cheap" - thin bed linens, cracks in the bath tile, thin bath towels etc... And when we asked for more towels - we were told there was no extras. And my cousins room did not have sheets on the fold out couch for their kids - again they were told there was no extras. The keys repeatedly did not work on the doors.

The one saving grace according to my 9 year old was the indoor pool... Which to my dismay was green...

This facility was dirty. There was an oder in the hallways and rooms. Rooms were very overpriced for the condition of the hotel.

We got to our hotel 11:30pm exhausted and jumped right in bed. I did notice a ring in the toilet, but exhausted I chose to ignore. Next morning, my mother called me over to her room and the shower was disgusting, she would not get in it. There was urine all around the base of the toilet. My room was a little better, but still very unclean for a room I paid $100 for. The mgr informed us since we slept in the room she would only give us a 10% discount. She didn't seem embarrassed at all about the conditions, did not even bother to go up and look at the room. I took pictures and am sending to main office

I went to check the indoor pool out and realized the pool was not heated. There was also a foul odor in the room, when I went over to the jets, they were not working. I spoke with the front desk and they said the heater was not working. I told her the water filtration system was not working and you were not supposed to have the pool open without it. She said she would look into it, but I saw a young family swimming in it later.
