This place is disgusting. Cockroaches everywhere including the beds and sinks. The carpet is wet in every room (our family had 4 rooms). The daytime staff in the office was rude. We left after we found the roaches in the bed and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Alexandria which was really nice and CLEAN with good service.

I was there for a week and in five days I got ten hours of sleep. I worked nights and during the day someone was hammering and drilling until 3 or 4pm. The sheets were not cleanand the curtains had holes in them. Igot locked out my room because the key didn't work.Other guest in the upstairs rooms was running .The shower was not clean and the water ran in the tub because it didn't turn off completely.It was a nightmare!!!

This hotel is filthy. Our room looked like it had survived an earthquake. There were cracks in the walls as well as the ceiling. The bathroom was disgusting. The wallpaper was falling down and the bath tub was so dirty we refused to use it. Pay the extra money and stay at the Sleep Inn. It's right next door. you'll be glad you did. The management here was not concerned that we were not happy. They would not give us a refund so we could leave and go to a nice hotel. We had to stay there! IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
