Stayed there for 3 days to get away. Rates were reasonable, service was excellant. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay delightful. Free breakfast was above expectations. Had dinner one night in restaurant food had cajun taste was very good. Housekeeping did a great job. Front desk and manager was very professional and friendly. All made us feel at home. Will definately return and tell our friends

The outside is trashed and looks nothing like the picture. The rooms were dirty and staff were snobby. Complaints to the manager, if she will leave her office to speak to you, were inneffective! Front desk staff were polite but when you asked to speak to the manager they seemed scared for a second!

Very nicely maintained hotel and facility,well furnished and decorated rooms with comfortable beds.
That's where it end-I stayed at this hotel hoping to get some rest..peace and quiet.
FORGET IT!! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I STAY HERE OR ANY OTHER RAMADA INN
You have a management and staff who really dont give a damn.
On the last evening that I stayed a large group OF 250 individuals took over the entire hotel were was loud,rude and obnoxious.They could not walk about the hotel without speaking in a loud beligerent tone-Complete disturbance and disruption.This went on long past 10 pm.Absolutely no consideration for other guests
Later on in the evening there were groups that congregated outside of their rooms and in the parking lot in and around their cars drinking openly and getting even louder.
Still no involvment from the SPINELESS management-Add to this a belligerent front desk clerk that refused to refund the 80 plus dollars for the remaining night that I had at the hotel who accused me of threatening her when I insisted on a refund.General manager ducked my attempts at contact.
####STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.Keep driving and go elsewhere.#####
The circumstances that I have mentioned will not be an isolated incident due to the apathetic and indifferent attitude of the managment.You damn sure wont get the rest and relaxation that you pay 80 plus dollars a night for-This place is nothing more than an economy chain with a paint job-The only thing missing is hookers and crack heads-I am sure If you look long and hard enough they are there too...
just left the hotel and I have to say very elegant! Great staff and the food in the restaurant was YUMMY! and not a bad price. Have to say i sleeped like a baby! great job!

Stayed here with 2 teenagers. pool area great. breakfast great. was with a ball team - everyone really enjoyed it. rooms are remodeled and all is lovely. exterior rooms was nice so the kids could visit room to room without bothering othering guest. staff was top notch. manager was there all weekend to make sure our stay was good. thanks ramada
