I spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Night at the hotel and had no problems. The front desk Manager was friendly and helpful. We had no issues with the cleanliness of the hotel and our internet worked just fine. I have stayed here before when visiting family in Natchitoches and intend to do so in the future.

The clerk was rude! We came in at 2:30 a.m. and was worn out from our driving that day. We drag our stuff upstairs and it smelled like a dirty, smoke filled nasty house! If it hadn't been SO late and we hadn't been SO tired we would've left and found the Holiday Inn Express because it's a
ALWAYS clean and smells good! We went in the room and it smelled like urine and filth. I was wanting to take a shower but decided I would just sleep with my clothes on that I'd been in all day long because I didn't know if the sheets were clean or if they had the appearance of being clean. We were getting ready to get in bed and adjusting our pilows when I noticed there was a blood stain showing through the pillowcase!!! We threw that one on the floor! I aleays take my pillow from home because I'm used to it and I will sleep better......I still couldn't sleep good just knowing the place was so gross!! I showered the next morning with my flipflops on 'cuz you just never know!!!
If it were possible I would give this place a -10, it isn't a good value because it's not worth any amount if you aren't comfortable!!!

I booked this room weeks in advance. I book a single king room, I was given a two bed room. This is a "no tell hotel". It is dirty and in a real state of disrepair. I was scheduled to stay there for two nights and check out after the first.

When I booked this hotel online, I had seen good reviews for recent stays on different websites. We needed a room for the night as we were in Nachitoches checking out Northwestern Universsity for our daugher and didn't want to spend 100+ dollars just to sleep. I booked the room for $62.50.

When we arrived the desk clerk was really rude. She shoved a credit card slip at me and said to fill it out. I asked if she just needed a signature since I had given all of my info. online when I made the reservation. She very rudely said, "The whole thing." She said it would be $69+ and I told her I had already booked it at the above rate. She very rudely said that the online rate had the tax wrong, then proceeded to "ring" everything up and tell me the 62.50 price. I said, "oh, that's the price i originally said, and she sneered, no you didn't, you said $68. I just bit my tongue and finished the process. We got our room key and proceeded to the room.

It was a handicapped room, but we decided it wasn't a big deal and we'd rather not deal with the clerk again. The room had an odd smell, like a combination of body odor and cheap perfume. It didn't seem overly dirty, but we didn't feel comfortable walkiing around in bare feet. It was decorated with odds and ends of mismatched furniture.

We couldn't wait to get out of there. We left and stayed out until bedtime and then left early the next morning. Breakfast was some cold pastries, muffins and juice.

Avoid this place and go elsewhere!!!!
