Ok place to stay, no problems in three nights. Breakfast could be improved. After breakfast nothing is left out. No apples, oranges, or bananas.

Stay was pretty good, typical of comfort inn. One thing i found odd was in their bathroom the toilet is at least 3 1/2 feet away from the toilet paper! You nearly fall off reaching for it, odd way to have installed the toilets. Not sure if it was just my room or all of them. Staff was pleasant, breakfast was good but the breakfast area was dirty. Did not see an attendant the 45 mins i was in the area. Tables were dirty with food from other guests. Counters were a shamble and not clean. Apple juice was warm. I wish they would've had the juice machine because it gets warm fast in those pitures they put out. There was some artwork in the lobby area that looked "out of place" apparently they were from a local artist or something. It just didnt "go" with the other items in the lobby. Beds were very comfortable as typical with all comfort inns.

My family and traveled to Morgan City recently for one of the Mardi Gras balls and decided to try out the comfor inn. It seemed like a nice place. Everything went fine until the next morning, when around 8:30am when a team of basketball players got some rooms next to us. The boys playing on the team were between 11-13 and were very loud. The "adults" were just as loud and didn't even care to tell the children to quiet down. My mom and siblings went downstairs for breakfast and tried to tell the lady at the front desk about the roudy group, but she was no where to be found. Just as I was getting ready to go downstairs to get some breakfast my mom informed me that the basketball team had wipped out the breakfast food and left.
After hearing that my dad decided that we would move our stuff to the brand new Hampton Inn, which was not far away. Once the rooms at the Hampton were arranged, we went downstairs at the Comfort Inn to get a luggage cart. While waiting for the elevator door to open, we find out that it is broken due to the basketball team players crowding into it. This made us want to leave even more. we then had to carry all of our luggage down the stairs, thankfully the hotel was only two stories. Meanwhile the manager was following my parents around and trying to convince them to stay. The lady at the front desk offered us a discount if we stayed, but my mom said no.
All in all, I would skip this hotel and head over to the Hampton Inn. I am actually getting ready to write a glowing review about them right now.
