We spent 3 nights at the hotel and it was a good decision booking a hotel outside NOLA since we could park easily and it was just a short drive from downtown. Check-in was quick and we got a room facing to the courtyard, so it was quiet.
Room was clean, comfortable with huge beds. The room smelled a little smoky however it was a non-smoking one but we asked the cleaners to help somehow and they responded quickly which was great.
Breakfast was enough (not a huge variety tough) with self-made waffel:) Free coffee and pop-corn in the afternoon:)
The weather was very windy and we didn't spend the day at the hotel so we couldn't try the pool even though it looked great.

I have stayed here previoulsly and will return. Very clean, renovated, and well maintained. The courtyard is very cool. I had a slight problem with the door lock but engineering responded quiclky and fixed it in about 10 minutes. That is what makes a HUGE difference...if there is a problem (and sooner or later - every hotel has one) it addressed right away with a friendly apology and no excuses. Keep up the good work!

I only stayed here for one night but would have gladly stayed more! I thought it was a very convenient location but I am also not a tourist (from New Orleans) so I didn't need or want to stay downtown. Plus, free parking! I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are clean, the cleaning staff and front desk are very nice (and helpful) The courtyards are pretty and the free parking is a huge plus. This is a quick ride from New Orleans, but don't trust your GPS! Get off on the Veterans Pkwy exit, don't stay on for #228 or you have to circle around. Super restaurant within walking distance. Comfy beds, large bathroom. No downside except perhaps the carpeting outside needs replacing and exterior noise from other guests can be loud.
