It was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in,, we could not sleep from the noise outside and the balcony also was making loud noises, and they didn't even have a crib or play pin for my baby.. Terrible terrible stay ever and the price was too expensive.. Oh and the beds were very uncomfortable and the sheets made loud scratching noise when some one moves

We loved our stay at Four Points. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and shower hot. We were flying out of Nola and the drive was a straight shot to the airport and only a few minutes from the hotel. We definitely recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here twice before for various football games. If you are in town to attend a sporting event this is a good hotel near MSY. Got this for a great rate thru Priceline. Seems to have been updated since the last time I was here(2004). Easy access to interstate with a straight shot to both Superdome in one direction, and airport in the other. Could use a little work in some spots, but rooms were fine. No real complaints. If you are looking for something "Ritzy" then there are plenty of hotels downtown to choose from. Reasonable hotel in good location to get around.

My daughter and I don’t get to travel as much as we would like to but when we do we would like everything to go smooth as butter. We stayed here in Aug 2011 for two nights prior to our cruise.

This hotel was very reasonably priced and very affordable for me, which is what I look for.

Upon arrival the staff were really, really friendly! There was also lemonade in the lobby – of course we had some. The check in process was very quick as well. The lobby is very brightly decorated and has a nice feel to it. Our room was very nice and modern for the price too. Nice comfy beds with down comforters and lots of pillows. There is even a refrigerator! I like that because we love our food.

Another thing I’d like to mention about the staff is they always said hello when we arrived. Just something as simple as that means a lot to us.

On our second night we worked out in the 24 hour gym until about 1:30 am in the morning. When we came back to our room the power was out! We called front desk to let them know. They said that there was a power surge and it had knocked out power to some of the hotel. We had to move to another room just down the hall.

They even offered to help us move our things. They were very apologetic about the whole thing and offered us two free breakfast buffet tickets for the next morning. We really liked that! YUM!

There were eggs, bacon, ham, pastries, muffins, hash browns and fresh fruit. Whenever anything was close to running out they brought some more out right away.
