Please don't stay here! Dust mice/nasty dirty bathroom! Furniture outdated and old. Chairs broken, towel smelled spoiled! Nasty Nasty Nasty! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Someone needs to call the Better Business Bureau and Social Services this place needs to close!!!!!

My husband and I stayed here for two months because he was working on a movie. This was the cheapest hotel I could find, and to my surprise it was also a enjoyable stay. The manager Jacqueline laborde helped me with anything that was needed and helped make this stay make it feel like home. She greated us with a smile and followed through with everything she said she would do. I also didn't find one person at the front desk that wasn't willing to help me. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in the new Orleans area because my husband has been in the movie Industry for 4 years and this was by far the best hotel to stay at in the metaire/new Orleans area!!!!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The room was quiet and very clean. The manager, April, who checked us in was extremely nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the a/c was very good and quiet. The parking lot was very clean and the other guests were very quiet and considerate. This was a very pleasant experience. We had stayed at another more expensive motel down the frontage road, but will return here. This motel has been under new management since last July and I think they are doing a great job. I have stayed at many motels and hotels in my life, but for the money, this was the best.

I was checked in by a very pleasant young lady. Her charm and manners were very much needed after a long, cold and very wet day at work. She was more than eager to assist me with anything I needed and smiled the whole time. Jaqueline La Borde, Front Desk Supervisor is in my opinion a great asset to this or any organization she is a part of. Keep up the good work and keep working with and for the customer. In a world that has forgoitten what customer service is, I was surprised by the pleasant and professional attitude of the employees I dealt with.
