The room was dirty and missing towels. There was no soap in the bathroom and the toilet was disgusting. Worse than that, I sat on the bed and broke out in a rash. Why? you wonder? There were bed bugs crawling on the blankets. Wait! It gets better. I pulled back the covers and found blood stained sheets. I left that room so fast, you wouldnt believe it. Then, I had to fight the manager to get a refund. She was rude and actually said to me "Ma'am you said there were hundreds of bed bugs. I only found a couple, you lied." I think that tells you how high her expectations are for her rooms. DO NOT STAY HERE!

I can't say much about the actual hotel as I never got into a room. Even though I called the day of the reservation and told them that we would not be arriving late, the cleck who answered the phone (James?) said we were reserved and that "a security guard would be there to give us our key." When we arrived, the guard said we had no reservation and since no clerks were available and only the security guard, we did not get a room. So we had to leave and ended up staying at the Holiday Inn on Causeway Blvd. and it was great. The location of this place is very hard to find. From the outside it looks like one of those places that rents long-term to people working in the area.

Please don't stay here! Dust mice/nasty dirty bathroom! Furniture outdated and old. Chairs broken, towel smelled spoiled! Nasty Nasty Nasty! Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Someone needs to call the Better Business Bureau and Social Services this place needs to close!!!!!

My husband and I stayed here for two months because he was working on a movie. This was the cheapest hotel I could find, and to my surprise it was also a enjoyable stay. The manager Jacqueline laborde helped me with anything that was needed and helped make this stay make it feel like home. She greated us with a smile and followed through with everything she said she would do. I also didn't find one person at the front desk that wasn't willing to help me. I've stayed at a lot of hotels in the new Orleans area because my husband has been in the movie Industry for 4 years and this was by far the best hotel to stay at in the metaire/new Orleans area!!!!
